I have 03 mastiff and when I starting a bike Runing lights work, However turn signals and brake lights do not. But just with ignition on(engine not working ) everithig works fine. I took apart turn signals and checked grounds, tested bulbs. All okay. Pulled my gas tanks and checked wires for kinks or loose connections at the EHC. Everything looks fine. any help. thanks.

I know folks are quick to jump on the EHC bandwagon, but this sure sounds like it could be related. Have you checked to see if you have power coming from the EHC to your lights/signals? It sounds like you're getting connection because they work with the motor not running. Trace the wire coming out of the EHC for turn signals and see if you're getting anything directly out of the EHC when the motor is running. If so, then you must have a short somewhere between the EHC and the lights. If not, then the EHC may be the culprit.

I wish I had more money.
I had an issue twice with the ehc that caused the same symptom. Now that being said I shorted it out both times causing it to go south. If you live near one you could check it by changeing to one that is good or putting yours in a known good bike to see if it has the same issues after the swap.
