Not my dog but could use some input

I really could use some input here. It's not my dog that's down but my Harley. I'm thinking the ecu but would like other opinions.
2018 breakout
Installed new bars. Got everything connected, fired it up and checked all the switches. All good except the front left turn. Shut the bike down. All 4 turns flashing. I think at this point I have something Electrical plugged in wrong. Flashers will not stop as if the security has engaged. I turn on the ignition and hit the turns signals twice. The lights stop along with everything else. Now nothing. No ignition and the red security light is out. The only thing the bike will do is if the ignition is on and I shake the bike, the headlight will turn on as if the security system is activated. Other than that, nothing. I'm thinking I have changed something in the ecu on the security side. Any thoughts?

These bikes are pretty complex and have a lot of computer control. I would start back at the wiring for the bars and hope that it is something crossed, or miss wired. I think you can also reset by disconnecting the battery for a bit (I think it's like 10 seconds, I also use an older method of touching both positive and negative wires together off the battery- was told it creates a full circuit and discharges anything charged) I would start there if it was running fine and no electrical issues before and this was the only change. I belive on these (14 and newer) changes can only be made from connection of ecu to manufacturer computer.
