Oil pressure gauge setup

Energy One
I did a search, but couldn't find the thread I was looking for. Some time ago someone here put an oil pressure gauge on their engine, and instead of running the "supply" line to the oil tappet screen hole they tied it in with the oil pressure sending unit to obtain a more accurate reading on the gauge. This is what I was wanting to do, but I can't find the thread, and more specifically I need the the plumbing hardware (Y-fitting) to make it work. Can anyone provide a source for the fitting?

You can buy the parts from any catalog...... Drag Specialties, Custom Chrome.

I would stay away from the tappet screen also as posted numerous times. Fits in here real nice.

That't it but you need the 90 degree adapter also. If you keep looking you may find the combo in the catalog. Without the adapter as you can see in my picture the oil pressure switch would hit the motor case or oil lines.

Many custom bikes shops with have this stuff in stock.

Here on the bottom right of the page. It's part number 270060 Opps looks like it the 63

Ok, but it looks like you are using a 45 degree angle part. It looks like there is one in the catalog picture, but there's no part number beside it....

Excellent!

Ok, I ordered the parts, I can take that off the list...

Now all I need is:

1. The Wire-Plus module to ditch the EHC

2. Dual oil coolers, for those hot days at Biketoberfest

3. a Karata 4" open belt drive

(Anybody got about 3 grand they can let me hold till I can see better times?...)

Ray,

Where did you find that chrome adapter, I have looked and all I can find is the natural color or black.
