Oil Puddle Every Time I Start Up

I just rebuilt and replaced the starter and had to disconnect various hoses to get the started. I put everything back, changed the oil and ever since, I'm getting a sizable puddle of oil every time I start the bike.

It is leaking from this thing:

Is your bike set up to head breathe or case breathe? In your picture I'm assuming that you mean oil is coming out of the breather filter. Depending on your setup the line should go to the back head (head breathing) or near the oil pump (case breathing). If you made no other changes other than the starter and new oil you should check to make sure you didn't inadvertently hook up your oil lines the wrong way.
