I think that you might be mistaking the crank Case Breather line for what you're calling a over flow line.The crank case vent line that the oil is comming out of has a K&N air filter at the end of it. Why, I dont know? It was on there when I bought it but it's just for looks I'm sure. There isn't any reason to have a filter on a over flow line is there?
I beleive it means that oil has drained from the tank into the crankcase (maybe a leaking check valve) Crank case should only have about 8 oz of oil in it.what does it mean when the motor has "sumped"?
