My 03 chopper has been sitting for about 4 months or so. It ran just fine before I parked it, and now when I try to crank it over it pukes out a bunch of oil out the overflow line. Is it maybe the check valve ball in the oil pump stuck? Can someone please help me out?

The check valve is "one way", should work in the OUT direction! Just make sure that none of lines are blocked and flow freely all the way from the heads to the breather. Also check the breather to make sure there is nothing obstructing it there. :2thumbs:

If this is a 03 model doesn't it breath thru the air cleaner bracket bolts

The crank case vent line that the oil is comming out of has a K&N air filter at the end of it. Why, I dont know? It was on there when I bought it but it's just for looks I'm sure. There isn't any reason to have a filter on a over flow line is there?

I think that you might be mistaking the crank Case Breather line for what you're calling a over flow line.
And yes the breather should stay unless you're prepared to relocate it underneath of the bike.
If it's a K&N, wash it with warm soapy water and reuse. :2thumbs:

Pull the plug out the bottom of the motor. The motor sumped from sitting. Drain the motor top off the oil tank and run it.

what does it mean when the motor has "sumped"?
I beleive it means that oil has drained from the tank into the crankcase (maybe a leaking check valve) Crank case should only have about 8 oz of oil in it.

My 03 Chopper does that after sitting for a while also. Its usually not much though, I don't know how much yours is puking. I also have an aftermarket intake and its vent tube is run to the bottom with a puke can (filter) on it! A local bike shop has reseated the check valve and said something about it sumping also but I noticed after sitting for extended periods it does it!
