Okay, so my 07 Mastiff is having starting issues. I’ve replaced the battery, hand controls , secured all battery cables and the only way it start s is with a jump. After that the dreaded click then nothing. What am I missing?

Welcome from NJ,
If I'm understanding you correctly. When you have jumper cables on the battery all works well. You hit the start button and the engine cranks and starts. BUT with no jumper cables all you hear is a click.
A weak battery or connection can certainly cause the starter solenoid not to operate correctly and click. If your battery is reading at least 12.8 (fully Charged) vdc it may be Ok. if not figure out why by getting it load tested even though you just replaced it. If the battery tests good a bad ground cable or connection is a likely suspect. It connects on the mounting bolt for the starter. Also if your clicking is from the solenoid pull the cover and check for burnt contacts or broken spring.
To know for sure it's a starter problem and not a signal problem pull the green wire off the starter solenoid and hit the start button. You will hear clicks but they are from the compression releases which normally happens at the same time the starter solenoid gets it's voltage to crank.( that's the reason for the click confusion) Read the voltage on the wire which should be ballpark 12v when the start button is selected. It will only read for about a second .
Good luck troubleshooting a let us know how you make out.
