Primary Replacement - No Service Manual

Since I bought my 2004 bulldog at exactly the wrong time right before BDM went belly up, I'm one of those wretched few without a service manual and have not been able to find one yet. So....I was wondering if someone might be able to send me the torque settings required to replace my primary cover after I jsut had my starter rebuilt. Thanks much!
