i have the 07 k9 and ive notice a vibration in rear wheel when i let off the throttle and coast. its bouncing like the wheel is out of balance. i also thought it could be the shocks. at first i thought it was a more of a lugging and i thought it might have been because of the heavy tranny fluid i put in it but i swapped it out and tightened my primary chain and changed its fluids.
anybody have any advice?
thanks in advance

Not my site, but a good product to use.

There are two shocks and they would need to be removed to check the compression/extension feel and leaks. Chances are it's wheel bearings or balancing. We replace the wheel bearings every time we replace the tires while they are off the bike anyways.

now, is the new tire a "Cobra" or a "Venom"? if it is a Venom, check the build date to make sure it is not too old. If it is a Cobra, there have been multiple instances of separation. in either case, check the tire over with a "fine toothed comb" for flaws or defects. not trying to scare you just wanting everyone to be aware.

Check out your hub bolts and be sure they are tight. If its just a balancing issure get the Dyna Beads they work great.

 I say bearings that is what happened to me in Sturgis last year comming back from the Devils Tower Big Dog run. Kind of ruined the day for me!
