hi guys! a couple of weeks ago,my rear hold-down on my seat got loose and lost it while riding. i bought one from harley,the only one they had,anyway i found a large washer with the inside diameter that was a very tight fit of the one from harley, i had to use a vise to 'press' fit the 2 pieces together. i then used rtv to adhere to the underside of the fender. went on a 2400 mile road trip,got home to unload my luggage bag,and take the seat off,and the seat holdown all came apart.seems like the hole in the fiberglass fender just keeps getting wallered out more and more. any one know of a great seat hold down
that would work without making things worse?? i looked in J/P cycle catalog but dont know which one to go with. any help would greatly be appreciated!!

ok guys... got it fixed finally,not a big fan of fiber-glass
