Slightly Bent Rear Pulley

I noticed some really load squeaking/chirping noise coming from the rear left when I get above 10-15 mph. I figured it must be belt/pulley. After doing a few seconds of poking around noticed that the rear pulley is slightly bent. I'm not sure if this would cause this? I'm not sure how much of a role that piece of the pulley play's, I would assume not much if the belt is properly aligned. Has anyone had a similar issue?

After reading some articles I'm going to try and put some of the DuPont Dry Wax and see if that helps mitigate the issue. I just bought the scoot and have only put on about 350 miles :bang:

Not sure how to embed pictures in the thread unfortunately, here are the links.

Looks like you picked up some debris on the road and it got caught between belt and pulley. That could cause the squeaking/chirping noise. You could try and put some wd40 or I believe soap on the pulley and see if that helps and see if that is the problem. Mybe some one else will chime in and give better advise. Just sayin

rotate the wheel and look at the corresponding spot on the teeth of the pulley and see if there is any damage to them. if a stone got between the belt and the pulley, you may have damage that could cause the noise. just thinkin'.
