speedo?

While riding today I noticed something bouncing around in the speedo housing :angry: It was the cap off the needle. If I remove the speedo can I glue the cap back on? I looked at the how to's for the speedo but could not tell if I could get to it. Wanted to know from someone who has had theirs off before I tear into mine. Thanks :2thumbs:

Thats the cap that goes over the center of the needle. Shouldn't cause any harm in there I would think. It's a pain to bust open as in my how to on changing the face.
