SPEEDO

I HAVE A 2OO7 BD CHOPPER AND I LIKE OTHERS HAVE GONE THROUGH NUMEROUS SPEEDOS. AFTER BIG DOG LAST YEAR FINALLY GAVE ME THECHROME
PANCAKE,
TO ABSORB VIBRATIONS IT WAS OK. I STARTED USING A PAIR OF GERBING
12 VOLT HEATED GLOVES WIRED DIRECTLY TO MY BATTERY, WHICH ONLY DRAW 2.2 AMPS. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD NOT HAVE ANY EFFECT ON MY ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS AT THIS DRAW. NOW LOW AND BEHOLD MY SPEEDO IS STICKING AND JUMPING ALL OVER THE PLACE.
DID THIS EFFECT MY SPEEDO OR DID IT JUST OCCUR ON IT'S OWN??????

I would suggest you pull your speed sensor and clean it. It might have some crud built-up on it. Also if you don't have the scoot on a battery tender, I would suggest you get one and start using it. These scoots have a mind of their own when the batteries start getting weak...:D

Raywood did a post on heated gear. Didn't indicate there was any problem with using it.
Did you double check your wiring?
