Chris a big dog said it’s been sitting to long all the oil from the bag has drained down into the crank case needs to be let out
Yep, sounds like it's 'wet sumping'. After sitting for weeks or months without being run oil from the oil bag will seep past the check ball in the oil pump and go into the crankcase. Mine would do this after 2-3 weeks of sitting idle. Many guys run their breather hose under the bike instead of to the carb. Just be sure it's not splooging oil on the ground before riding. Could get on your back tire and make for some squirrely riding! Ask me how I know!

Make sure you dont loosen the set screw on the bottom of the cases. Not necessary. Grab a Scavenger for ur oil changes. Gets ALL the old oil out the motor.
