Just pulled in to Austin for rot and my starter took a dump. Can manually push the plunger and start but has only done it off the switch once. Any know where in Austin I can get it repaired/replaced.

Mike, did you trailer or ride into Austin?

If you rode, and can't find a starter, I'll get my gf to open my place and you can rob my bike for a starter to get you home.

I rode it in. I've pulled the starter and looks like it just needs a good cleaning. Will needs seals replaced for sure but I think it may make it till I get back. I appreciate the option you put out Tim. I'll put it in and see what happens. Will let you know.

Gave it a good cleaning and its working for now. Should make it back hopefully. If not ill just give it the old manual start. Will see what happens.
