This file may help you. Make sure you have your fuel turned on and the hose is not clogged. If the bike has been sitting and has a carb you may need to drop the bowl and clean it out and make sure the float is working and letting fuel in.
Yes, it could be an electrical failure, ie ign module, coil, or cam sensor but they usually fail after they get hot not after a few seconds.
