suspension check up

hey! i have a 2007 K9 LE and i havnt changed out my front fork fluid before and was looking for some step by step instructions on how to do it and what fluid i'm supposed to replace it with. im pretty sure i need new gaskets/seals as well. can i get them some place or do i have to get them through a dealer? thanks

also is there anyway to check on the rear suspension or adjust it as well?

get the seals and bushings in a kit through j&p cycles. go to a stealer and pay 3x

owners manual calls for 10k, i think, but just changed mine out at 8600 and they were right on the verge.
