Well its been a VICE GRIP GARAGE kind of day. I worked for hours today getting this 2006 Mastiff’s swingarm off, both pivot bolts were seized, pivot shaft seized, frame adjuster seized, it took hammers lots of vice grips, heat, 3 foot long breaker bar, impact tools and lots of effort. For anyone putting this stuff back together again make sure you use anti-seize I found none and that’s why everything was seized up. And now I know my frame is threaded for the frame adjuster, I did not think this is what I would find. It was a battle, i’m done for the day, my next move will be to clean everything up measure out all the new parts, mock it up, using a lot of anti-seize. Just for future reference anybody doing this if you’ve got AN-6 caps they fit our oil lines oil and tank and helps keeps debris out of the lines and tank. 11762780-C5A9-4354-B73D-D3D638978C0D.jpeg94FFB4A0-D804-45CC-AB38-41C84A45DF71.jpeg5BAA1157-3B30-47C2-A5F2-2DA22EA6D2A3.jpeg4AD8CAD9-6D92-4771-98A1-C1FABBEFAFBE.jpeg591C4EA1-7379-4D92-8CE4-D82E1A370660.jpeg7013E6B8-E572-48C6-B429-C01EB441ECFF.jpeg49FC1443-C744-498E-BDF2-7316A9028BF3.jpegBA052300-AB6A-4E12-8ABC-E7F275896592.jpeg4A991635-E1F8-4192-A1C5-435CBD0F6A34.jpeg024B4877-EEB1-4EA4-84D5-FDD08F7A2209.jpeg
