Where/what is the neutral/safety starting switch?

Ont the top of the tranny. On the 04 it has a slide clip with two wires going to it. Like a brass color I think. Its just a ball switch.

Your Bourget runs the Jims Transmission and may be slightly different than the Baker Transmission illustrated... but all of them are in the same location.
