Doug, you’re the man. I actually was able to get it back in and take it for a ride. Still needed adjusting so I popped the cover back off and started to adjust it again and this time I thought the rod was screwed in and again, I hit the clutch (because I’m an idiot) and same problem. I did get it back in again by screwing it in and applying pressure to the screwdriver but now the nut won’t go on. Maybe because it was too hot from my ride and expanded?I’m not sure. Any other tips will be greatly appreciated and I may call you tomorrow. Gotta get up in a few hours so until tomorrow.... thank you so much for your guidance....Alright, so by pulling the clutch lever you added hydraulic pressure, you'll have to bleed it down , then proceed with putting the clutch rod back in and do your adjustment. Rod goes in until there is very slight pressure and back it off 1/16 of a turn and lock it with the jam nut. Then refill your clutch master cylinder with dot 5 as recommended by AIH. Shoot me a text or give me a call if you're stuck. (905) 379-2522
