First Cylinder issue

I am the second owner of the bike.I buy it in pensilvania from a dealer last year.
the only thing that I change was the stock ignition module for the thunderheart ignition module and the EHC for the wireplus.
I burn the stock ignition and the EHC.
RRRuff what do you mean with setting the spark plug gap to?

The gap between the electrode and the ground. Where the spark plug sparks. Manual says .040, I am running mine .032.

Here ya go this is the spark plug gap.
You still need to go through your carb and check for restrictions, jets, adjustments talked about in earlier posts.

we don,t have a technician that can look at the bike here in Curacao. there is a Harley Davidson dealer in Aruba. I talk to them and I need to bring the bike there so they can check my jets, carb etc. for me.I have an appointment 17 of march. I let you know how its going.

On St. Patrick's Day hopefully the luck of the irish will be with u.

Be sure to give them some background information. Such as your petcock was clogging up and you had dirt in there.

Also be sure you have the Thunderheart set up properly or take them all necessary material to check the setup.

Hi gays,

the bike is back from the shop and it ride very good.
they put a bigger jet in the carb and remove a host that give to much air in the carb.
they said that we dont need that here in the carribean because we already have to much air. I don,t know much about that but the bike ride like a beast know
