I check all the wires and it seems ok.
how can I measure the continuity between the wires?
what must be the output
If you don't have a meter, just swap the plug wires. Take the front and rear plug wires off the plug and coil and swap them. If you're still having issues with the front cylinder, then it's not your plug wires. From what I'm reading from the other members, it's possible that you have your blue and yellow coil wires reversed. Why don't you just pull the coil cover, take a picture of how you have it connected and post the picture for feedback?

Did you ever swap the plug wires to see if that made a difference? A lot of times when you pull a plug wire, the ends/wire can be damaged. I'm sure when you did your WP exchange, you pulled the plug wires, so this would have been my first item to check.

I read where someone thought it might be the coil. But you already said you're getting fire to the plug, so I would think the coil is working. This is a real brain teaser. So, the front cylinder is firing, but it's blowing out black smoke. Have you done a compression check on that cylinder? A compression tester is cheap at most any auto parts store. Also, have you checked your intake for leaks?

Take the front spark plug out of engine. Position the spark plug with the plug wire attached on the cylinder where the threads will touch the cylinder for a ground. Now start the engine and see if you the spark plug is sparking. Also what brand name and number spark plug do you have in the bike? Do this and come back here and tell me what you find.

This happened to me and I exhausted all options:
1- Swapped plug wires
2- Swapped plugs
3- Swapped Coils
4- Sent my Thunderheart Ign. in to get it tested and it tested fine
5- Checked all of my connections (JST) connectors and were fine
6- LAST BUT NOT LEAST, I HARD WIRED THE COIL WIRES (yellow, orange, blue) TO THE IGNITION AND IT FIRED RIGHT UP!

So it ended up being a bad yellow wire that fires the front cylinder probaly somewhere in the backbone where you can't see. If all else fails I would try that.

You should put the correct size eyelets on the wires at the coil. Not an issue now but may very well be one in the future.

Also did you set the Thunderheart to number 3?

Yea, erldawg I didn't like that either really needs to put the right connectors on there also. Makes me wonder about the WirePlus and the TH install and what kind of connections he has there. I was hopping to have him start at the plug and work backwards.

1) the spark plug is sparking, sparkplug champion RA8HC ( default BDM)
2) the wire is already hard wire from the coil to the ignition.
3) I set the thunderheart to number three. still the same issue.
can it maybe something with the carburator/yets?

You either have a bad coil, a bad cranch sensor or you have something hooked up wrong. Have you had the carburetor off the bike?

1) What does the plug look like when compared to the rear cyclinder spark
plug? same or black.
Is the front plug black and fouled? If so replace it.

2) The yellow wire from the coil to the Thunderheart Ign module is hard wired?

3) Three is good.

4) Did you make any changes to the carb? You said it was running good before installing the WP and TH ign.

gents the thing that I cannot understand is, I clean the first sparkplug and the bike run perfect all the day.
when i start the bike the next day I get the problem with the first sparkplug getting black.I clean it up and it works good again.
so every time that I want to ride I have to clean the sparkplug

Do not use the enrichner when starting the bike. Two twist of the throtle, turn on the key and start after the sweep of the speedometer. put a new plug in. Ride the piss out it and do not lugg the engine.......

I use NGK DCPR7E plugs
