Battery is good , plenty of juice in it.
When it comes to start it, nothing wont come up but a loudy clicking noise.
Where should i start from ?

Sadly , i cant upload a video on this forum.
Would ve been easier to demonstrate.

Best regards

Check if the clicking you are hearing is just the compression releases or is the starter relay/solenoid.

The first test is to remove the green wire from the starter and put a volt meter on it and see if you get power when you press start.
If you do, you may need to pull the starter out and clean the solenoid contacts.
If no power to green wire we need to trace back towards the EHC.

Have you downloaded the manual so that you have the wiring diagram?

Also what year/model bike nad what EHC if replaced is installed. If you don't know a picture of the area (battery box,) can help us identify it for you.

The clicking your hearing is the decompression releases activating while your pushing the start button...you need to pull the green wire on the starter and see if you are getting power to that wire while hitting the start button...you need 12 volts to that wire anything less than 10 on that wire it wont activate the starter

I saw your video and that sounds like the compression releases clicking. Do what JBM suggested and pull the green wire off the starter and connect a meter. The CR's and the Starter get the signal to fire at the same time when the start button is depressed. Stick your finger in the hole in the center of each cylinder and you will feel the CR's when they are triggered. At the same time read the voltage on the green wire and it should go to approx 12vdc. If you get the click from the CR's and a voltage increase on the green wire your issue is with the starter. If you get clicks from the CR's with no increase in voltage on the green wire you may have an EHC or wiring issue.
If you end up rebuilding the starter I believe your best bet is to remove it so you have easy access to whichever parts you are replacing.

Removing the starter is just a pain in the ass to do on the RSD bikes. Hope you get it figured out.
