What year, make, and model?

Since the ignition module was working fine before battery replacement and tach ring replacement, that means you have to go back and trace your steps.

Test the voltage and current on signal wire from tach to ignition model.

My first guess would be the charging system is not regulating the voltage and current properly.

I'd check the voltage coming out of the regulator for sure. Maybe it doesn't like the lithium battery, so its overcompensating.

I'm not sure what model we are talking about, but, these are ideas or food for thought.

Yeah before you mess anything else up… get rid of the LIPO battery. That’s 1st. When you get a new AGM battery installed put a inline fuse between your VR positive line& battery. You can test the voltage at the battery as Sven suggested or if your VR has failed and your stator is overcharging the system it will blow the fuse you have put in line between the VR & battery. Once you know that the charging system is working correctly you can focus on the tach ring as the culprit.

it is a 2005 pitbull do you know what the voltage should be from the tach to the ignition module

You had luck in the unluck.
Most not comparible charging systems dont charge the LiPo battery..
Nightmare is a high voltage overfill of the LiPo Battery.
Worst case is overheated LiPo burns and your bike burn down.
Tried a Panther LiPo in my 07 Pit Bull for a short time.
Works good but i didnt try the risk to burn down my bike.

Remember to check the signal wire (green) coming from tach ring just for a sanity check.

May not be a bad idea to check the main power and ground to the ignition module as well.....

The problem started after you replaced battery and tach ring, it was running fine prior to the installation. I'd check both circuits, to ensure you don't blow another ignition module Boss.

Generally speaking, you could simply have a short on ignition wire circuit as well. We are not positive that the battery or tach are the problem exclusively.

Food for thought Bud.....
