Stubborn clutch bolt

I have one of my bolts on my clutch that I can't get out. The allen head is stripped ... I tried using a vise grip on the little edge that's there but no luck ... My clutch nut is loose and I can't get to it until I get the bolt out ... thanks for any help ... :2thumbs:

use an e-z-out.

Yep ... got an ez-out .... but now the bolt won't come off the ez-out ... I'll put a hammer to it ... that should do it ... thanks woodbutcher ... you da man!!! :up: :flag:

pain in the ass - I had trouble getting one of those bolts back in the last time I was in there. There may be trouble ahead! I'm going back in soon too to put the shim in behind the basket.

Don't put a hammer to it! Just grab the bolt with your vise grips and turn it...
