There is a copy of the schematic in my gallery somewhere. Let me try to find it for you aris. I believe there is a repair kit available to fix it.

aris, update your profile show your bike model and year shows up.

Is your frame a RT, Daytec or BDM? What model? Inverted front end?

Does your bike have the external/exterior race at the top and bottom of the frame neck or the built in races?

This will be easier if you have the first type.

Ok then, will need some others on whether there is a kit out there that can be modified into the triple trees like some of the customs and springers out there.

Wonder if you could drill out a couple 1/4" holes in the lower race and drive pins in to replace the broken tab that was there?

:D

I had to fix one that the customer crashed, he did not want to spend the money on a new frame so I TIG welded the tab to repair it, it worked Mint.
I also installed a new stop on the lower tree along with new bearings and races.
Just make sure if you do have someone weld it,
Unplug all electrical wires from everything, and take the battery out as well. Took more time to unplug everything then it did to repair the tab. Good luck man.
