I just wanta ride
havfing trouble putting bike in neutral when in idle. Will go in neutral when engine is not turned over. Any help on this and would like to put bike in neutral like at stop lights etc... thanks

i put mine in neutral just before a complete stop.slides right in.or you can rev it just slightly should slide in or maybe a clutch adjustment.someone will chime in here with more info.just sayn what works for me:)

agree with all said plus make sure you lube the heim joints on the shift linkage, and make sure to align the heims as close to even as possible. a difference of just a couple degrees can cause them to bind making shifting a little difficult.

Thanks for all the input. Will do a search on the how to. I have tried to get into neutral by reving the engine but still will not go in. I think it needs adjusting.

It's an easy adjustment. Be sure to secure you nut after making the adjustment. Damn, that didn't sound right.....but that's just the way it is. :cheers::whoop::cheers:
Thanks for the help I will get into in tomorrow. Will post results when done. 'll make sure my nut is tight. Damn that doesn't sound good.

it's always good to go ahead and scratch you nuts when you adjust them so you don't have to revisit the troublesome area. .
