how do you remove a stuck primary inspection cover after bolts are out?
should come off, may need to bump it with a rubber hammer,, tape up rubber hammer head or use cloth.. dont suggest hitting cover unprotected.. some times peolple have put silicone inbetween the 2 serfaces, there is a o ring or gasket there suggest replacement

Snap o or any tool dealer sells a set of picks. Use the 90-degree pick to stick in the hole the bolt came out of. Work all 4 holes with this tool if needed. Hook it in and pull easy. Should come off. If you hit it with a hammer you might break the corner off. Don’t recommend the hammer at any time.
