If you have a Daytec frame you have an odd offset, I believe it's 1 7/16" but not 100% sure. Make sure you get the proper offset spacer, I had to have mine machined custom.

How do you tell if you have a daytec frame on a Ridgeback? I've been thinking about getting one of the SMW primaries like yours. Any issues with it so far?

Daytec frames have a 1-7/16 offset and another option for the left side drive guys is the primo rivera belt drive. They are the only company that makes that offset specifically for these frames so no machining needed. It is a USA made unit so it costs a little more.

:agree:

I've been running the Primo for more than a year -- happy with the performance, sounds, adjust-ability and not needing to change fluid

The two-piece back-plate makes installation and adjustment stupid simple.

Some shots and a vid so you can hear it whine....

This is the reply I recieved from baker.

Steve,

Your bike is a Softail (solid mount), NOT an FXR style (rubber mount), correct? If so, SBD-0-S with outside bearing support, polished 2995 retail, 2396 sale price, BAKER pays freight

Thanks
