Adjust Kick Stand

I have a 2004 Chopper. Left side drive, left side primary. My kickstand is on the left and in the back by my license plate bracket. The kickstand is rubbing the frame. I do not see a way to adust it. Is there a way to remedy this? You would think if it ever bent with the bike running and the weight it would bend awy from the frame?? It works just fine but I do not want it hitting the frame. I put some rubber on the frame where it rubs and after 100 milkes it wore through. Any ideas? Can it be adjusted? I did not see any posts on this issue.

probbly the spring is rubbing... I'd guess the 2 pieces have worn & have play in them causing it to move closer to the frame... I changed mine before this ever happened.. check this out..

the spring hits some but mainly at the bottom where the spring attaches.

the post is 1 that I started... I posted picts of a new kickstand that I used .. the stock 1 sux...... contact a mod & ask them... maybe you need to opt in.. here are some picts..
