2007 K9 with V&H Big shots and factory breather. Recently purchased this way and I think its lean. I get lots of pop on decel and an occasional hicup through breather. While riding at any steady speed in any gear at 2000 -2500rpm you can feel it surging but as soon as I twist the throttle a bit it will jump and run fine. Pulled the plugs and they look right on and will go ahead and replace since i pulled them. I dropped the bowl and the jets are 74 / 295. Are those the factory sizes and it wasn't jetted when the pipes were installed by previous owner?
Anyways, I see in other posts people are running like 76/31 jets with the V&H pipes so would that put me on the right track?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated my fellow bikers!
