Hey guys. Got the bike out a couple weeks ago and two of the four times i've got to ride it, it has blown the oil cap off. I've checked the breathers and they're not plugged up. When idling it seems to have a lot of pressure coming out of the breathers, but goes away at rpm. Haven't gotten to check compressions yet. Is there anything else i could be missing? Thanks.

Whats the level of the oil bag? Did you overfill it?

I don't think so because it's down a good 3 inches from the filler. It's not any higher than i've always ran it without a problem I guess. Where is it suppose to be?

look at your omwnrs manual,that seems low to me,my cap was blowing off but it was the cap

I might have to try a different cap too. It doesn't take much to pull it out.

thats how mine got,pulls out real easy and spins in the hole easy,i just got one from harley,fits real tight,never another issue,my 04 masstiff oil level is about 1 1/2 inches from the top of the tank not the opening if that helps
