OIL LEAKING

can't really tell where it's coming from but i think between the belt pully and tranny. oil all over right side even a little on cylinders. was almost thinking up high because of a little on cylinders. but for some reason it really screams at me between pully and tranny. is there a special tool to take pully off thanxx

Same socket you use on H-D 5spd transmissions and all Baker. You can get one from your H-D dealer but will cost you well over $100. I actually have made a bunch, still have over 20 of them. Was selling them on ebay for $50 with free shipping. If your interested let me know.

Check your air cleaner to see if it had oil on it. If it does you need to route the goes coming from the rear cylinder to the carb to an area under the bike. Use a longer hose leave the check valve in place and just let it extend to an area under the bike. Do a search on here many of use have done that others use a Puke Can. I myself use the puke can.

thanxx bigdogtech1 haven't had time to really look but if that is it looks like i'll need one.. is your phone # same.....little boo thanxx for the advice i already have it ran to the ground with a little filter.. but was thinking of the puke can just alittle tight on funds.i really wish it was up top i have extra check valve waiting..i pulled the tranny dip stick and really couldn't tell if it had oil.. a shop changed it last time so i don't know what color it is red, clear,or tan. but what is leaking is black brownish color.to read the oil level of the tranny does the tranny need to be operating temp???? thanxx for any help...

No does not need to be up to temp. But bike does need to be upright and on level ground. Set dip stick just into the transmission, turn to start to thread in so its correct angle but do not actually thread in. If you are not getting any oil on the end then it's low and you should ad some. You want the oil to be at the top mark on the stick.
