Loose Wires???

Were would be the wires coming loose at?... I got the head light problem fixed..and now the speedo started tripping out... Its got to be from all the vibration...not so much the EHC... I grabed the main wiring harness and moved it ...kind of a little giggle and the speedo started working ....Anyone else been through this?? I wanted to ask before tearing into it... Its got to be something simple..

1. Battery is good
2. Battery wires are tight and clean
3. Main wiring harness (on left side) when moved or giggled speedo woorks
4. Getting more beer for this :cheers:

Do you mean the speedo powered up?
What wires (WHERE LOCATED) did you jiggle? Near the EHC box?

You may need to disconnect then battery and disconnect the wire harness connections and spray clean with a Radio Shack contact cleaner (IF NEEDED) and then install dielectric grease from and automotive store like Autozone as mentioned in many threads here about this subject.

Let us know...

Found it! It was located on left side,below the battery...ground wires hooked to the frame ...speedo,headlight...came loose...from vibration!!! fixed it...:cheers::up:
