torque specs on front hub

help not in my book or on the list in the torque spec sticky...7\16 x 14 thread. the hubs that bolt the front wheel together and also did they lower the brake rotor bolt specs to 29 ft#.

and another question is there really any difference in all of the red locktite numbers...seams like i never have the right red locktite!
