Hi Bikers,

I have a Big Dog K9 of 2017 and I have a big problem... I have the big radius Vance & Hines but I don't have the bracket and I can't find it on Ebay or anthoer ... The reference of the bracket is 415-P and Vances can find the part in his stock...

Below the famous bracket :

Could you please help me to find the bracket or if you have this model, could you send me all dimensions of this part ? I can build it.

Thanks to the community and all bikers,

Redge, french biker !

You can always bolt the pipe up and get them located like you like them, the bolt a piece of plate to the 2 pipes and one to the frame and make a cardboard template to fit between the two and them use the template to make a steel piece. get it tack welded and try the fit before the finial weld out. just a thought
Sure, in last possibility of course but before I prefer find the original :) more easy (the part has too ambiguous shapes and angles)

Those brackets are famous for breaking, mine did twice before I changed exhaust. On the second bracket I took it to a muffler shop and had them weld it where it broke and run a bead along the other edges. It might also help to put some rubber washers between that bracket and the frame when you install it so it has a little play. Since you're in France you certainly don't want to have to source another one.

Thank you for advices and feedback (noted). Me, it was the exhausts which were severely holed :-( (but exhaust was free)
