Thank you BWG56. I received the new bushing from Donna. Its not sloppy anymore and the shim is perfect, it lines everything up exactly how it's supposed to be.

Personally I like the 1" extended version for my K-9.
Had the Arlen Ness adjustable on for about a week -- hated it. Foot did not seem in proper spot, too narrow of a foot -- sank into parking lots too easy -- never had that happen with the BDM units.
Keep an eye on that bolt -- had one not long ago where the bolt loosened enough to put extra strain on the kickstand and the damn thing snapped.

I never liked how far mine leaned so I added a block on the bottom of the stand.

Wasn't necessary the lean angle that got me concerned. it was the stand pushing too far forward I didn't think it was right . now with the new bushing and the shim in it it lines up with the notch. I'm pretty happy now.

That certainly did the trick and it was much cheaper than a new kick stand

Put an extended kickstand on the K9 today, got the stock one and a new bushing if anyone needs one. Also put a shim in (Thanks Ker BWG56 post #12 and Cagle #24) Really helps the stand from hyper extending. I prob went a lil thicker maybe 1/8. Works Great.
