I'm not seeing the crank sensor

Crank senser is on the front of the motor. You showed a pic of it earier.

Stop and take a picture of your rip kit and battery box. I need to see what you have going on.
Make sure when you put that back together you clean up the edges, check that gasket or replace and pay attention to torque specs or your going to have a mess.

That's what I thought but was told it was not there and to pull the side cover basically

I said remove the two small Allen bolts and remove the cover

I'm pretty sure that square gray box is for turn signals and brake lights. I'm gonna step aside and let Paul help you. It gets confusing when to many people get involved.

Wow that’s a mess,
Recommend disconnecting the battery and going through your system. Do you still have the stock ignition module ?

You are correct, I haven’t seen anything that resembles and ignition module in any of his pictures?

The ultima module is nothing more than a basic control module and functions like our ehc’s.

Correct, see the picture that I attached with the silver box with the wires? That is your ignition module. That ultima system is for basic setups (minimal) functions and are used with another controller for the turn signals horn etc.
I would put the ignition module in but verify all wiring is correctly installed too . Good luck and here to help.
