What year is your Big Dog

Don't know how to set this up, but perhaps Woodbutcher could help. Thought it might be interesting for everyone to chime in on what YEAR Big Dog they own. Curious to see the longevity figures and how many new ones are out there on this site. I know we already did the 'model' thing but it might be cool to see if one model year lasts longer than the others, if a certain model was more popular in a certain year, or if it's all proportional. Just a thought.

Sweet rides I’ve actually got a lead on a gto in a old barn just saw two pictures of it a couple of days ago.body is all there and straight, but no engine and tranny. But I’m excited,I m pretty sure $5k will get it.

Hey Dozer1, could you post a pic? I'd like to see it. I just bought an 06 K9 and would like to compare the heads on it. I also have an 07 K9 and it has different heads then the 06 so I'm wondering if my 06 had some changes made to it. Your time in doing so would be greatly appreciated.

The flat topped one is the TP rocker boxes. They where used in 05 and 06. The more sculpted ones are S&S Rocker Boxes.

To me all BIG DOG MOTORCYCLES are badass looking and the most solid bikes on the market! I've tried many different custom bikes over the years and finally chose Big Dogs to keep as they are built better and stronger and more badass looking then all the rest. Titan, Bourget, Carefree Custom, Big Bear and Harley's.

Okay, my 06 has flat top heads and the 07 has different heads like you say. Sculptured. So I take it the 06 are stock heads?
