ENEED HELP WITH A CLUTCH

ALOHA i need some help with a clutch. i have a 2005 chopper with the baker 6 speed and my clutch is gone the clutch hub was totaly seperated i need a new clutch hub and assembly i belive the part # is 120-000003-00 what should this cost me . thanks

Depending on how far gone it really is, you may want to consider a non-BDM assembly as a replacement. Lotsa experience on the forum about that - I'm sure they'll all offer their two-bits. :up:

If the carrier is broken... that is a BDM problem. You then have 2 choices.

1. Call BDM and see if they will replace on their dime.
2. F that, get the banditt, speedier process that you can just do yourself and a much better setup in general.

Just found mine broke today. Been having issues with clutch adjustment. Sounds from primary and when checking fluid after changing 3 days ago found it black and metallic. Found this awesome piece of engineering

Oh shit! I bet you heard some sounds from the primary. Tore that up good. Call Eric @ HDM as HMAN suggested. Good luck! Start a new thread with your repairs.

Those come from Baker, call them directly. They have a billet version now.
