Righthand break sencer

The sencer goes in the hole but doesn't seem to go far enough, not sure if there's part of the old one still in there but I'll take the bottom part off tomorrow and that should tell me something
I'll update you when I do

Try turning the set screw out a little more. It might have been loose enough for the old one to come out, but still protruding enough to stop the new one from going in.

It should be sticking out of the lever. If it's there, you can look in behind the lever and see it. If it's missing, you should be able to see the hole where it goes. I'll run out to my bike and see if I can get a picture.

that's my problem, I'm missing the magnet, I ordered one thinking that and seeing the picture you just sent me makes me certain that's it

After getting the magnet, break lights still didn't work
Until I realized what I thought was true, the shell of the old sencer was still in the hole, I used a wood screw to pull it out. Now I have breaklights , that was driving me crazy!
