05 chopper. My clutch hanle is binding and I got it apart and see where the set screw is rubbing on the top of the housing. Does anyone know how far the set screw is suppose to protrude out of the clutch handle?

Are you talking about those little anti-rattle screws? If so, the metal part of the screw should be below the surface of the clutch lever. It should have a spring loaded nylon tip that will keep pressure on the housing to keep the lever from rattling.

Here is a pic. That screw is rubbing on the top of the housing and I am thinking it is causing a bind.
Yeah, the screw has a slot in the bottom. You need a little screwdriver to turn it from the other side of the lever. It looks like the nylon tip is worn down to where it isn't doing anything anyway. You can turn the screw down to where it isn't rubbing anymore, or just take it out completely. Without the tip, it really isn't doing anything for you.

A squirt or two of some cable lube may help as well. Dry cables will bind up too.
