I'm down to last few connections. However install directions suck. This might sound crazy but where do you attach the circuit breaker wire exactly. I pic would ever be better. Lol
I followed the directions perfectly. But when I tried to turn to key and get power I had nothing. I installed the circuit breaker wire from the gen two to the left small terminal on circuit breaker while the center terminal has the in line fuse going to the positive side of battery. Bike has no power when I turn the key on. However when I short those two terminals with screwdriver I have power. So for now can I just place that circuit breaker wire from gen two and connect to the neg side of battery?. My other quest is why would I need a circuit breaker that's is not resettable and also have a HUGE INLINE FUSE?The Circuit breaker has one wire going to it and that is the VR positive wire, (by the way VR is voltage regulator) LOL.; attach that positive VR wire to the bottom bolt or post of the CB (circuit breaker) and run either a pig tail (10 Gauge) wire from the top CB bolt or post to the Positve Battery post. If you prefer you can run a 40 amp in line fuse instead of the pig tail. The Neg VR wire coming from the VR goes to the Negative Battery post.

Thank you for your reply. There is no reset button on the CB that I have. Not even sure if it is a bigdog item. Any way, I found the problem. It was the CB and i eliminated it from the circuit and will research if its still recommended when i have a fuse. Everyone has been very helpful on here. It would help if I purchased one of the K9 repair books. Thanks againSo you turned the key on and got no power, keep in mind that one of those wires coming from the VR is positive and the other is neg. The Circuit Breaker should have a reset button on top (small black push button. If you don' want to use the circuit breaker just use the 40 Amp Fuse between the positive VR lead and the Battery Positive post. If you don't have power is because you need to hit the run button and all lights come on unless you have a switch that is more than just the off and on. Read the service manual and it will tell you which wires go to the each battery post and the Circuit breaker. sorry it didn't work for you, mine works fine and is hooked up the way I first told you.
Good Luck
