Beautiful bike. I wouldn’t choose that color but it looks good on your bike. The corrosion on the Crome pieces will only get worse and all the Crome probably needs to be replaced. The corrosion eats from the inside out and nothing else will fix it. The high humidity and omg pool chemicals are horrible for the bike. All that being said, the low mileage and being taken care of by you makes it desirable. The other stuff was just dumbass choices by the original owner that need replacing. I do think if you are serious about selling you may be a little high on your price given what needs to be replaced. Just my opinion, sorry just just like assholes we all have an opinion. I do wish you the best of luck with selling but must inform you that you will regret it. Just get out and ride.
Thanks for the critique. It's what I was expecting. I agree that I will regret my decision but just can't find the time to ride. And all the issues will continue to compound. I am not advertising on open market. Just hoping to find a home with someone here. I shopped and read every post here on this site for two years before I was able to find the right bike for me. If that person is not here, I will keep it.

Yes, I agree sitting for long periods is not good. That is the reasoning for my half-hearted attempt to part with this bike. I recently retired last summer and hoping to get going again. My mechanic drained all fluids [gasoline] and it's all good now. Runs great. IMHO
I have a short startup and run video that I cannot upload because of file size.
Test ride/drive are available upon request.
I am located between New Orleans and the Gulf of America.

This thread is still going? Surprised it’s still for sale
it's a brutal market for bikes. it took me 3 years to sell my HD. and I ended up selling for about half of what I could have if I'd put it up for sale earlier.
Every now and then I browse bikes and see the same ones listed month after month.
Sellers would be more motivated here in DC since parking/garage space is at a premium but in less overpopulated areas there'd be less incentive to sell for a lower price,
just my 2 rupees

The pictures look good. In person may be different. If the price is right then put a few thousand into it and have a nice bike.

From.what I see it has s&s heads and tp rocker boxes...rocker boxes are no big deal being it has s&s heads...it doesn't have a wire plus it has updated ehc which is either a axel or rip kit...either one is good...very fair price on the bike from what I see...and the speedo is programmable within the first 100 miles so if he programmed it then the mileage should be correct.
