Hey brother do you know if the original EHC outside box is copper or bronze color?? It doesn’t seem right since all the manual pictures and photos I have from other bikes are black. Just trying to put the pieces together. Thanks for the offer but I made some test wires with new jst terminals
Page 8-33 has a good representation of the color of the body of the EHC. The top is black.

Yes I see that ,,, I’m talking about the bottom and sides. I mean the metal part. Mine looks like an almost copper color ,, that one in the picture looks bronze color. I’m just trying figure out what I have. Thanks brother

That’s good to know ,,,who did you get them from ?
Like Rottweiler said. Get ahold of Curtis at wildsteedworx.com, he will treat you right. If your still running the stock EHC, you won't need a new harness, but we do recommend replacing the charging system. We are finding that it is most likely causing the EHC failures. Also install a Deka battery ETX20L 320cca. You can get them on Amazon.

I will do that,,,, I’m new to this since I’ve had no trouble with anything since I’ve owned it. I also noticed a few errors in the electrical section of the manual. I did order the test kit that has the jst pins and connectors to test and verify the handlebar switches just to make sure of the EHC failure. By the way big dog tech got back to me on the stock color of the EHC and it was bronze or copper color so at least I know what I have.
Thanks for everybody help,,!

I agree. The reason I replaced my backbone harness was from previous trouble shooting and cut wires.
