Your admittance of lack of welding experience is commendable. I've never welded, so it's a learning experience for me too.
Hire a welder to build it. Couldn't cost more than the Condor. ‍
With your bike upright, measure the distance from the bottom of your fender to the ground. Measure the distance on the Condor that may hit your fender. Or just call them.

Ok, so the only way the condor will work without cutting it is if I buy the additional chopper cradle? If so, I might get the harbor freight for now and cut that one. Biker bars looks good but at $400 I might have to wait for awhile on that one
I use the condor on my 08 K9 and have never had an issue. I also park my bikes on condors with no kickstand or straps in the garage.

Ok, let me clear up a few things. I have both the condor and 3 HF wheel chocks. For the K9's and Ridge, both chocks need to be trimed, in order for it not to hit the fender. Choppers and Mastiff's seem to fit ok.
This is a Mastiff in the Condor. Note how far it is mounted off the end of the table.

Chopper in the Condor. Take note of the scissor jack.

K9 in the HF. I prefer to use the Condor for the K9, mainly because I can get the bike further on the table.

When I'm hauling the bikes, I do use the HF chocks. Mine are bolted down, but they work just fine free standing with the cross bar.
Do not tie the bike down with the tripe trees. Besides messing up the alumiun, It's hard on the fork seals. Use the loop straps and tie it mid frame. The strap will fit above the side covers with out rubbing on them.

I crisis cross the straps to make them shorter. Notice I'm pulling mostly stright down and slightly forward.

Tighten the straps till the bike starts to squat. Then I take my scissor jack, that I glued a rubber pad on, and put it under the rear frame, and jack it up till the straps are taunt.

Best tie down setup without question. Like I said I use only the wheel chock. I took the cradle off mine because it’s not necessary when you use this particular tie down arrangement. Kudos Shannon!

Thanks for clarification, since I'll need to cut either one I'm gonna go with HF for now until. Is that the only 2 straps you use to tie the bike down? I don't have a scissor jack but I will look into that, seems pretty solid. Thanks for the help

I use 3. 2 center frame & 1 on the rear wheel. But the scissors jack is essential for this tie down setup to work. But it’s pretty much foolproof unless your strap breaks. I use heavy duty straps.

Do you have just the sc2000 or the one with the chopper cradle?
I have the regular chocks, both are over 10 yrs old, (from my sport bike days, still own a Hayabusa), so maybe the design has changed since, but my fender does not touch on the dog. Not sure what’s different with mine or others condors but I’ll try to grab a pic tomorrow. Like the other guys have said, trim it to avoid getting your fender damaged if there is even a chance it might contact.

Good thread! It sounds like the standard Condor cradle will work with an 06 Mastiff without modification for a garage floor cradle. Is that correct? I do not want to ding the front fendor but would rather not purchase an additional cradle if not needed. Thanks

or the jack goes -- ask Bullet -- the jack broke apart the one year going to Knotheads.
