I have a 2003 bigdog chopper. Front fork stop broke. Took apart and looks like pin was part of frame? Can anyone help. Does not look like it has fork cups???

I loosen my lower triple tree and slid it down a little ways so you can see the problem. What you are missing is actually part of the frame. This little tab is part of the neck. And it fits into part 44, to stop the handle bars from turning all the way, like a bicycle.does. I think I saw an...

Yes the pin in neck frame must have snapped off. I'll have to drill it out. Is there a replacement pin??????

I went through this with another guy several years ago. The neck is hardened, and very hard to drill, and even harder to tap. That design was only on a few frames luckily, but not for you I guess.
To repair it properly, you will need to make a tab with a welder, and grinder. Here are some pictures of one of them I did.
