friend has 09 wolf, same - loud fuel pump, it ended up being the sock at end of rubber hose off of fuel pump, we cleaned it and it worked some but ended up having to replace the sock ( problem solved no noise ), he did have a fair amount of stuff in tank - we put gas in it and washed out several time. may want to check fuel pressure - I think most are around 60 psi.
