I don't recomend running any oil in your primary that isn't designed for use with wet clutches. All kinds of problems can be caused.

The Amsoil site has proven data with side by side tests very techical and I had run it in the Harley and still do ...This bike ? Not broke in yet...as far as the primary its just a wet clutch and chain and bearings You want a syn and the 10w40 is the right weight ...Harley says 20w50 but thats to heavy you want the clutch plates to grab on to each other not the heavy oil !!! the lighter 10w40 works great!

I totally agree with Vickie. I am now using Mobil 1 20W50 V Twin with S&S filters and I'm comfortable with that. By the way Vickie, do you have a way to get me an oil temp dipstick that will fit my 07 Chopper ? Also what the bill would be on a set of rear footpegs and a pillion stick on seat cushion in black. If so, e-mail me and let me know how much, ok?
Thanks, BBD
