I also found the 20 wt to be a little questionable during hard cornering and I'm 175 lb.FYI......the bikes originally came with 30wt. oil in the forks. If you want the ride to be a little softer you can go with 20wt.. I found 20wt to be too soft and plan to go back to 30wt., but then I am over 230lbs..
I use a long piece of pipe, with a larger ID. than the OD. of the fork tube, and a thick washer on top of the seal. Use it like a slide hammer.Get the tool. Worth the $50. View attachment 131961
Snazzy! I’m frugal. That little ringer tool is the ticket. Cheap & super easy to use.I use a long piece of pipe, with a larger ID. than the OD. of the fork tube, and a thick washer on top of the seal. Use it like a slide hammer.
Dimensions of the pipe I use as a slidehammer = 44.5 mm Id. - 2 Inch 0d. - 20 inch length. Thick washer on top of the seal.
