This link doesn't work anymore. My key is MIA (as is the spare). We don't have an Orschelns here. Anybody have a part number for the ignition switch from TSC or is it the same switch as the one from Orschelns?
Thanks,Jim

EDIT!!!! I went to TSC website and did a search for Ford 8N Tractor ignition switch. Here's what I found; http://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/tisco-switch-assembly-8n3679c?cm_vc=-10005 It's a Tisco ignition switch with all metal body(just like the Calco) for the 8N as well as several other Ford tractors. I'mheading tomy local TSC in 15 mins to pich one up. Will post a follow up on the fit of this particular part to my 07 Mastiff.

It will fit perfectly, just cut the leads and splice the jst connector back on and your good to go.
An alternative would be to buy a stock key switch from DOC, Deadonecustoms

Ok, I just discovered this today and can't find any related topics on the forum so I figured I should post it.
I needed to replace the stock ignition switch in my 04 chopper DT and found a lot of posts about using Sportster switches and having to possibly break out the grinder to get a good fit ...well, screw that!
While pondering what I was going to do I came across a couple parts unlimited switches, looked on ebay, in the local parts stores etc...etc...and on and on with not much luck finding anything that wouldn't require modification of some kind.
Until I was wandering through the local Orschelns, (its a farm store) looking over their automotive section I came across a perfect looking switch! It was about the right size, had two wires and an all metal body. (not like the cheap plastic BD stock ignition) I paid $13.49 for it and I'm telling you guys no lie, if I had made the thing myself I couldn't have made it fit any more perfectly! I swear it was as if BD had this little switch in mind when they built the bike! It actually fits better that the stock ignition! I hooked it up and it's like a rock, works like a champ.
The switch is made by a company called Calco, its part number C63083 . It is originally made to fit most FORD MODELS 1939-1964!!
You can Google Calco C63083 and it'll bring up the link to orschelns farm and home.
I don't know if it fits other Bds but for 13 bucks? It's worth a try!
Awesome brother
